You may have trouble connecting to the library's wireless network because some antivirus software and firewalls can interfere with Safe Connect, the program that the library uses to protect users on its network. If you get prompts multiple times to download Safe Connect, this is a red flag that antivirus software or firewalls on your computer are interfering with Safe Connect and preventing you from accessing our network. If you have a Windows firewall, you may want to go under Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Windows Firewall and turn off your firewall.
